Street Light Outage Patrol
Last night Roz noticed one went out on the side of a building as we drove past just before midnight on our way home from dinner at Rej's house.
Funny...I just remembered I thought about it happening on the way over there. I stared at one while we were at a red light to see if I could get it to happen. no dice. Maybe I was early?
